Description
A moist, cinnamon and nutmeg-spiced cake made with shredded carrots, chopped walnuts, crushed pineapple and coconut flakes. Layered and frosted with rich cream cheese icing, coated with nut crumbs along the sides.
Finished with an elegant white buttercream lattice, delicate sugar carrots, a sprinkle of chopped walnuts and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
