Our estimates have a 1 week expiration date (unless otherwise stated), so if all order details are in order, please click “accept” on the top left hand corner of the screen. An invoice to make a payment (online) will only be sent when your estimate is approved.
To confirm your order, please ensure the full payment is made within 1 week of date of invoice.
Orders/Inquiries for all past due estimates/invoice will be cancelled.
Any changes or cancellation made after an order is confirmed (with payment) must be done at least 1 week before the event date. Additional charges may apply based on the extent of the change(s). A refund will not be issued if you cancel within 3 days of event.
