Pick Up Instructions:

• The pick-up window is located along the side of the building, next to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
• Provide the first and last name as it appears on the order when you arrive at the window.
• Please step aside while the associate retrieves your order.

Additional Purchases:

• • • Please proceed to the bakery entrance (store front), located far left, on the front side of the building.
    • We will not be able to process additional purchases at the pre-paid pick up window.

Cancellation Policy For Pre-Orders:

• • • We require 48-hour notice for cancellation of orders (with the exception of custom orders) for a full refund minus the processing fee.
    • Custom cakes and other custom products require at least a week’s notice and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
    • Orders cancelled 24 hours of the date of pick-up will be issued a store credit.
    • HOLIDAY NOTICE: If you need to change, add or cancel your pre-order for November 25th – November 27th, please do so by November 23rd to be eligible for a full refund.

Other Terms:

Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges will not be issued if:

• • • The product is damaged during travel. Customers accept all responsibility for the careful transportation of our products to their location.
    • There are discrepancies with your order after the product has left the bakery premises. We are happy to fix or adjust your order if you are not fully satisfied at the time of pick up.
    • An order is unclaimed or cancelled on the day of pick-up.
