Terms & Conditions for Walk – In Purchases

Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges WILL NOT be issued if:

  • The product is damaged during travel. Customers accept all responsibility for the careful transportation of our products to their location.
  • There are discrepancies with your purchase/order after the product has left the bakery premises.

Pre-Order Pick Up Instructions, Terms & Conditions

Pick Up Instructions:

  • The pick-up window is located along the side of the building, next to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
  • Provide the first and last name as it appears on the order when you arrive at the window.
  • Please step aside while you wait for your order.

Please note for All Additional Purchases, proceed to the bakery entrance, located far left, on the front side of the building.

Cancellation Policy For Pre-Orders:

  • We require 48-hour notice for cancellation of orders (with the exception of custom orders) for a full refund minus the processing fee.
  • Custom cakes and other custom products require at least a week notice and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Orders cancelled 24 hours of date of pick-up will be issued a store credit.

Other Terms:
