Our twist on the classic carrot cake. Our recipe contains crushed pineapples, coconut flakes, nutmeg, cinnamon, walnuts and shredded carrots topped with a sweet & tangy cream cheese icing covered in our cake crumb finished with a candy carrot piece.
Pie crust, filled with a tender, lightly-spiced apple pie filling, topped with a buttery oatmeal streusel, baked until golden and granny smith apples still slightly crunchy.
A fudgy "flourless" chocolate cake, topped with a thin layer of ganache, whipped cream and hand shaven milk chocolate shavings.
NB: Even though this item does not contain flour, the pan spray used does contain small traces of flour in it.
